Water Transfer Supervisor
We are seeking a Water Tech Supervisor to lead and oversee daily water pumping operations on oil and gas sites. This role requires a hands-on leader with strong mechanical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage crews and equipment safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate water pumping operations and field personnel.
Drive to and from oil and gas sites to oversee site activities.
Supervise setup and teardown of water pumping and transfer equipment.
Implement and enforce safety protocols and environmental procedures.
Conduct equipment inspections, monitor performance, and perform routine maintenance.
Provide training and mentorship to operators and new hires.
Manage operational schedules, resources, and crew assignments.
Complete and maintain accurate documentation, inspections, and incident reports.
Operate equipment such as pumps, hoses, reels, valves, skid steers, light towers, and generators.
Assist in tank farm and C-Ring setup/takedown and general site maintenance.
Communicate clearly with management, clients, and team members.
Requirements
Valid First Aid, H2S Alive, and Class 5 Driver’s License.
Experience in water transfer, pumping operations, or oilfield services is a strong asset.
1-ton pickup truck considered an asset.
Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot field equipment.
Excellent leadership, organization, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently, outdoors, and in remote environments.
Work Environment
Field-based role with travel to multiple oil and gas sites.
Outdoor work in various weather conditions.
Combination of supervision, hands-on work, and driving.
May involve working alone or after-hours callouts.

Water Tech
We are seeking a motivated and hardworking Water Tech to join our field operations team. This position involves hands-on work with pumping equipment, setup and teardown of water systems, and general oilfield duties in a fast-paced outdoor environment.
The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, mechanically inclined, and eager to grow within the oilfield water transfer industry.
Key Responsibilities
Drive to and from oil and gas sites to perform water transfer operations.
Operate equipment such as pumps, hoses, valves, reels, skid steers, light towers, and generators.
Assist in deployment and removal of lay-flat hoses, pumps, and related equipment.
Monitor equipment performance including pressure, flow rate, and temperature readings.
Follow all safety and environmental procedures related to water usage, chemical handling, and waste management.
Perform routine maintenance such as lubrication, oil/filter changes, and basic mechanical repairs.
Troubleshoot issues with equipment in the field.
Maintain accurate logs and records of operations and maintenance activities.
Communicate clearly with supervisors, teammates, and clients.
Assist in the setup and takedown of C-Rings and Tank Farms.
Perform general oilfield labour such as lease cleanup, site maintenance, and pumping runoff.
Occasionally deliver or pick up parts and materials for operations.
Participate in general pumping operations, including:
Job initiation and flowback setup
Pigging lines and grease pounding
Installing/removing pit lids
Laying hoses and rigging equipment
Installing submersible pumps
Sampling ice and cutting geo cloth
Requirements
Valid First Aid and H2S Alive certifications.
Valid Class 5 Driver’s License.
1-ton pickup truck considered an asset.
Experience in water transfer, oilfield operations, or pumping equipment is an asset.
Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to work safely and effectively in remote outdoor environments.
Must be physically fit and able to perform manual labour.
